Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.
There are three Cal-King master bedrooms with ensuite. In addition, there are two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds, which share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms have all been beautifully upgraded with travertine/marble floors, custom panel cabinetry, hardware, granite countertops, and custom-designed showers with travertine/marble pattern inlays. All bedrooms have 46' LCD tv with cable tv.
The partial open concept kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has plenty of space for prepping, cooking, and entertaining. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, an inground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas bbq grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. Through one of the children's rooms, the game room has a pool table and ping pong. There are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home.
3/4 mile walk to Disney & 1/2 mile to Anaheim Convention Center. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
