Charming upgraded Fullerton home close to shopping and local attractions (5.5 miles to Disney and 6.8 miles to Knott's Berry Farm).
The home is on the 2nd story above the garage. This lovely designer home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Cal King master bedroom has an upgraded ensuite with a marble countertop, tile flooring, and a custom shower design. The other bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a children's room with full over full bed bunk beds. The last two bedrooms share a beautifully upgraded hallway bathroom. Laminate hardwood flooring runs throughout.
The main floor open concept layout with kitchen, dining room, and living room makes it perfect for socializing with the family. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, dish soap, and refrigerator — the dining room seats 8. The living room has plenty of seating on the sectional sofa, with a queen-sized bed pull-out.
All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV with cable. The main living room has a 55' LCD TV with a blue ray/DVD player. Strollers, high chairs, booster seats, and pack n' play are available for infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage for guests' use. The house does not have a yard or patio/outdoor seating. The home has wireless high-speed internet. There is central Heating and air conditioning.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Parking for 1 standard-size car in the garage and 1 in the driveway next to the garage

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

Family Room has 55' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. All other rooms have cable with Disney and top 200 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. All furniture, furnishings, etc. are new as of May 2016. 7-8 miles to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Home has Central Air & Heat and is close to restaurants and shopping
