The house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Agios Nikolaos Anavyssou. It consists of 90m2 spread over three levels, with balconies and garden, only 250meters away from a wonderful organized beach. It is suitable for two couples or a couple and up to three children.
It belongs to a complex of 12 houses with beautiful gardens.
Agios Nikolaos is located at the 49th km of the Athens - Sounion coastline. It is a quiet neighborhood and close to many beaches, small towns and facilities.
House description :
Level 3 : Large bedroom with double bed. Balcony with sea view. Main bathroom.
Level 2. Main entrance of the house. Living room with open plan kitchen. Dining table with chairs. Two equipped balconies. The sofa can be used as a bed for a child or young person.
Level 1. Entrance from the garden ( or from level 2). Large room with table and two single beds. One bathroom with shower. Also leading to private parking space.
House Equipment:
Fully equipped kitchen including : microwave, stove and two hotplates, 2 refrigerators (small and large), toast maker, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker.
TV, washing machine, insect screens at the windows, large cupboards for clothes, Internet wi-fi .
There is aircondition at levels 2 and 3 of the house.
Also bed sheets, pillows, towels, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available.
