With great views of the stunning pool, the trees and the lush gardens from all the rooms, this luxury "architect designed" house with great volumes is very confortable and welcoming. Modern, originale, warm and charming the property is ideally located amongst the very sought after "Chiberta Pignada Forest", close to the beaches, the golf, tennis and the local square "5 cantons" where you will find shops, markets and restaurants.
At walking distance to the long surveyed beaches, restaurants and cafes, it provides great opportinities for everyone in the family: swiming, jogging, cycling , surfing , playing golf or tennis, horse riding (stables 400ms away), ice skating ....at the beach or in the forest close by.
The property has a very beautifull heated pool (5x10) tiled with blue ceramics, surrounded by large timber decks with outdoor couches, sun lounges, a very nice stylish pergola, ping pong table, barbecue, so it provides the best environment to relax after the beach and enjoy an outdoor aperitif, lunch or diner.. There is NO VIEWS on or from the neigbours...
Downstairs has a family room and an american kitchen with high ceilings, antic and modern furniture, views of the pool, bamboo's and trees....Blond heated timber floors and white tiles, american kitchen, large plasma screen and Bose, 4 double bedrooms upstairs (1 king bed, 5 doubles, and a baby cot), 2 baths (1 spa), 2 showers, 2 separate toilets, all modern amenities and very high standart fittings and furniture makes it an ideal destination for a shared vacation with friends or family.

- Gardener, and swimming pool cleaner- The garden is orientated south, and has shade with beautiful trees. It is inclosed, so kids are safe inside the property. - The pool is heated (30/32 degrees). It has a translucent cover called "abrideal" for shoulder season which helps maintaining it warm, clean and secure, while you can still swim under it. It has hydraulic poles to keep it open. - There is an alarm for the kids security- We also provide a local made gaz barbecue called "Plancha"-

“Wondeful house on the spledid Cote Basque”
What a great place! Our family group of eight, including Three youngsters and two seniors, had a splendid stay in this very carefully designed house. Friendly Agnes and her husband are caring hosts, and have taken great trouble to ensure their guests have every facility. The house is spacy, with a very well equipped kitchen, and a lovely dining area indoors and outdoors. Perfect for large meals, and late evenings by the pool! Pool area with both "lounge" department and sunbeds, plus showers, barbeque and table tennis. we spent a great deal of time just hanging around, and there was enough space for everyone. Two bathrooms + two separate toilets ensured privacy for everyone. Parking is ample, and lots of space for suitcases, belongings etc. Agnes was accessible by ail for questions through our stay, eager to ensure that all was well. The area is simply wonderful: the beaches, the nearby park and whole area is extremely well maintained and accommodating. All is publicly accessible, on the beaches there are bath guards, showers, small cafes, a beautiful boardwalk along the sea, and lots of cycle lanes. All this minutes away from the house! Angelet is a small quaint town , with a market that fulfils every gastronomic dream; enjoy the canard in all forms, local cheese and vegetables. To add to this : very few tourists, and no crowds whatsoever. With the mild Atlantic words: the ongoing heatwave did not bother us. In other words: our best recommendations!

Our family loved our stay. Beautiful home that is spacious and very practical. Amazing and clean pool big enough for relaxing and swimming. Gardens are lush and the garden grounds create a peaceful surrounds. The location is excellent allowing one to enjoy Anglet and Biarritz easily. Excellent service by the owner. Would definitely stay again.

“Very comfortable”
We had a very nice time in the house and near the pool. Pool alarm for children is a secure option we appreciated. We didn't need to cary too much things with us : babychair and 2 beds for little children were already there.
