Whether getting away for a family vacation, with a group of friends, for a wedding or any other occasion, our gorgeous 5 Bedroom home offers everything you could want for a relaxing holiday on Anna Maria Island.... with incredible views of the Bay!
Sit by the tropical courtyard garden, spend your time in the heated pool or watch the dolphins playing in the Bay waters from one of the 6 well-appointed decks. Within walking distance of historic city Pier, Pine street and its shops and restaurants.
Bay beach access is less than 300 yards away!

There are stairs for direct access from the pool to the Kitchen/living area
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 with Queen bed
This bedroom has direct access to a large balcony overlooking the waters of Tampa Bay.
Flat screen TV, Ipod/Iphone docking station doubles as alarm clock.
- Bedroom 2 with 2 Twin beds
This bedroom has flat screen TV with DVD player, Ipod/Iphone docking station doubles as alarm clock.
- Bathroom 1 with shower, sink, toilet
- Very large open living, dining area and kitchen with access to 3 decks.
- The dining table can seat 6-8 people and the open kitchen features a raised eating-bar
- The living area features new couches with seating for up to 8, a 42” flat screen TV with DVD player and X-Box 360 with Kinect, as well as an ipod/Iphone docking stereo system.
- "Old School" Arcade game with 60 games (think PacMan, Galaga, etc...)
- 3 large decks are also very well appointed for outdoor living/dining. Two of the decks overlook Tampa Bay, 1 deck overlooks the pool area and has stairs to access the pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen is large with granite counter tops and is open to the rest of the living area.

Response from the owner Once again, thank you for your honest review. As I mentioned Vacasa has taken over he properties Islanda Real Estate was managing. This "switch" took place at the start of 2018 so while I can understand some transition issues, it has been too long and some of what you experienced is inexcusable. There is no reason for our home to not be ready by 5pm and in the housekeeping state you described. I believe I mentioned "shopping" or at least interviewing other property management companies. A knee jerk reaction would be to switch right away but I want to make sure we are switching for better and for good and not change management companies for the sake of changing. We have be mindful of reminding regularly of arrivals, making sure guests have been contacted by the management company, etc and will continue to do so until there are been proper and final resolution. I will keep you up to date in private communication and hope to have you visit again. Chris
