Apartment in average Chalet (800m altitude) in the countryside while remaining within 10 minutes from the historic center of Annecy. Privileged place for athletes (hiker, biker, skier, and water sports) Chalet directly on the forest (protected area). Place recently renovated (finishing remains that outside but inside is new) Access to the barbecue on request. Chance of advice on things to do, sights to see, ..... In full forest near the center of vacancy ideal for kids! (Information and bookings (UFOVAL Annecy)). Family ski resort 15 minutes drive ((semnoz station) Climbing site 20minutes walk Bus line in summer season from 01 June to 31 August (information:. (sibra)) Note: We have 2 dogs ( female) in places. very sociable with their peers, they have the habits to welcome their guest (s) warmly.
