Lac d'Annecy, lac d'Annecy le Vieux, Charme dans un environnement champêtre et reposant. Idéalement situé pour découvrir et visiter la région : à 10 minutes en vélo ou voiture du lac d'Annecy, de la vieille ville et à quelques minutes des montagnes et des stations de ski (chaîne des Aravis)
Ce deux pièces indépendant de 40m2 environ, dans une ancienne maison savoyarde, vous offre une chambre, une cuisine US entièrement équipée et ouverte sur un salon. Sanitaires privés avec belle douche à l'italienne. Le logement comprend une grande terrasse ombragée et meublée. Si vous le désirez, vous pouvez, également, vous reposer dans le jardin.
Capacité d'accueil: idéal pour 2 personnes, maximum 4 personnes.(Un supplément est demandé si nécessité de faire un second lit)
Possibilité de louer sur place 2 vélos électriques.
A noter : une caution du montant total du séjour est demandée à l'arrivée et restituée à la fin du séjour.
Situation géographique : A 5/10 minutes en voiture ou vélo du centre historique du vieil Annecy, du lac d'Annecy.
