Description
Villa Fufi è una tipica casa colonica marchigiana, ristrutturata con grande cura dei dettagli. E' situata nei pressi di Arcevia, nel cuore delle Marche.
La villa offre una meravigliosa vista sulla campagna circostante, caratterizzata da verdi colline ricoperte da uliveti, vigneti e campi coltivati. Il luogo è tranquillo e silenzioso. Le ore sono scandite dal suono di campane lontane. Nei dintorni sono presenti moltissimi borghi storici come Arcevia, Serra De' Conti, Piticchio, Loretello e Nidastore.
Con circa 30 minuti d'auto è possibile raggiungere Senigallia, località balneare con bellissime spiagge di finissima sabbia e bassi fondali e con numerosi bar e ristoranti. D'estate la cittadina di Senigallia si anima di vita e colori con il famosissimo Summer Jamboree, festival internazionale di musica e cultura dell'America anni '40, '50.
Il luogo è conosciuto anche per la produzione della 'Lacrima' famoso vitigno coltivato nei paesi di Belvedere Ostrense, Ostra Vetere, Serra De Conti, Montecarotto, Maiolati Spontini e Castelplanio. Numerose cantine offrono la possibilità di degustare il famoso vino 'Lacrima di Morro d'Alba', accompagnato da crescia e formaggio. In particolare l'ultima domenica di maggio le cantine aprono le loro porte al pubblico, favorendo un contatto diretto con gli appassionati del vino. E' possibile entrare quindi nelle cantine, assaggiare i vini e comprarli, scoprendo i segreti della vinificazione e dell'affinamento.
La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino in cui si trova la piscina posta in posizione panoramica e riservata ed attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. La piscina ha inoltre la possibilità di essere riscaldata.
Su un lato della villa, un delizioso portico con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina è attrezzato con divanetti per godere di momenti di assoluto relax nelle giornate estive e con un tavolo per pranzare all'aperto. Vicino alla piscina è disponibile una tettoia immersa nei fiori.
Per le auto è presente un parcheggio sul retro della villa. Villa Fufi è un'accogliente villa disposta su due piani che può ospitare fino a 12 persone.
Gli interni sono contraddistinti da travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. Tutti gli ambienti sono arredati con mobili autentici e dettagli in stile rustico.
Al piano terra sono presenti ambienti comodi e spaziosi: il soggiorno con TV satellitare e vista sulla piscina, un ampio vano pranzo con camino ed una cucina professionale con un grande piano cottura a gas con 4 fuochi, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore, forno e microonde. In questo piano si trova anche un bagno di servizio ed una lavanderia.
Al primo piano sono presenti quattro camere da letto, ampie e curate, ognuna con bagno ensuite con doccia, così composte:
- due camere matrimoniali;
- due camere con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello (cm 190x80).
Le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere.
Le camere da letto sono dotate di aria condizionata.
All’esterno è presente un portico con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina ed una tettoia.
Si prega di notare che il numero massimo di adulti che possono soggiornare alla villa è 8 adulti.
Il prezzo di affitto include:
