Less than an hour-away (by train) from the heart of Barcelona, an hour away by car from Girona Airport and within walking distance to the beach and all services of Canet de Mar, our home will make of your stay an unforgettable one. Ideal location for Mobile World Congress and similar events. The house features a remote-operated access gate which leads into an ample driveway and a locked garage. From the driveway there is both a ramp (ideally placed for disabled people) and a staircase. Amid lushful gardens our pool offers unique, unparallel sensations. From the pool one has beautiful views over the church bell tower and Canet. The convenient pool house features a bathroom, an indoor fireplace/barbeque, with a fridge, a sink, dining set for all of you and a cozy porche with a patio furniture set from which you can keep an eye on the little ones. And, for your barbeque venues, there is an extra-large barbeque that will help you make the most of your pool-side meals. At night, you may relax in our rock spa while listening to the rock waterfall soothing sound and, why not?, play some chill-out style music and let yourself be carried away. Inside, the house has wall-to-wall wooden floors, ample spaces and rooms, a huge suite with a bay window and an extra-large, fine-wood, design bathroom with a separate shower enclosure and a large spa tube. The kitchen has top-of-the range units and top-brand appliances and there is a utility room with more-than-necessary space to cover your needs. Needless to say, the house counts on TV sets located strategically around the property. A unique experience in a Mediterranean location is awaiting you.
The main house has 4 bedrooms with sleeping capacity for 7 people and there is the annexed house, totally equipped with sleeping capacity for 4 extra people. That makes 11 people in total who can enjoy this fantastic villa located at a short walk to the beach and within easy reach from Barcelona city center.
Please note that there is an extra charge of 300 euros per week for jacuzzin heating (optional)
Canet de Mar is home to many artistic and cultural expressions and manifestations. Art groups and theatre companies have settled in town. Particularly, the Modernism architectonic style is present in many buildings and the influence of Gaudi is felt everywhere. Enjoy the perfect combination of Mediterranean culture, good weather, food and superb location in our cozy home in Canet de Mar. The villa is also close to the Costa Brava Golf Course, named the third best in Europe by today's golfer.
