Description
Toscana Hills is located in a prime location. Its closeness to the sea (5-6 min. walk) and its elevation ensures unobstructed sea and mountain views. The magnificent gulf and the impressive green mountains can be seen from all of the apartments and the town houses. There are several local tavernas and an Irish bar offering live entertainment and reasonably priced meals within walking distance. There is also a bakery and 3 mini-markets in the village, or travel 5 minutes by car to Polis for the main supermarket and a variety or good restaurants and banks. Latchi is about 15 minutes by car and worth a visit for a good selection of restaurants serving freshly caught fish in the harbour.
All the properties surround a large piazza that includes a swimming pool which allows a high level of privacy. There is also an adult & children's communal swimming pool, underground parking and a lift from the underground parking area to the properties.
All properties are fully equipped and furnished to a modern design with a fully fitted kitchen.

“Lovely apartment and fabulous pool.”
The apartment is light and spacious, plenty of storage space. Lovely view of mountains one side and the sea from outside of the main bedroom and from the pool. Kitchen could do with a few more utensils and cookware items but was fine for what we needed. The beach would be a bit of a walk with a young child (as we are, so we drove) but by car just a couple of minutes. Two little supermarkets nearby and restaurants and the Irish bar. Main problems with the apartment was that the air con is set to two hours maximum, so in the night we woke up very hot because it had turned off. You turn it in again but then just get another 2 hours! I have notified the owner of this. The TV didn't work but was not a concern for us. The pool is really lovely and our little girl loved being in this. A lovely stay all in all.

“not what it could be!”
Finding the place in the night was a nightmare, there was no sign anywhere on the development! No shower curtain, no balcony furniture, no sun screen or blind in sitting room window, everyone could look at you from the road! Big holes in the walls, what for? Kitchen not enough crockery and stuff! No BBQ, no guidance on where to find doctor etc. Communication with owner poor and not very pleasant! Would not recommend it!

Response from the owner The hole in the wall was because the day before you arrived the new air conditioning unit wouldnt work, so i had a new one fitted. This has all now be fixed and i have had very good come back from my other clients
