Nestled between beautiful woodland and the endless, curved coastline of Polis Chrysochou, this villa also adjoins the site for the new Limni Golf Course and marina. Not only is the location stunning, but the design and build quality are of the highest standards, with space and luxury being of paramount importance. It offers luxury living for those who appreciate a stylish retreat within easy reach of all local amenities.
Payment terms are 25% Deposit and the balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.
Please note that any payment paid for your holiday is NON-REFUNDABLE. The holiday is transferable to a third party, but no monies paid will be refunded unless there is a problem with the property itself where it resulted in the you the client not being able to stay at the property for your holiday and an alternative accommodation could not be arranged for you the client.

This beautiful luxury 3/4 bedroom villa is situated within its stunning landscaped gardens and has a beautiful infinity pool offers the ultimate in bathing, relaxation and fun for the family. There is ample parking including an underground garage. Marble flooring throughout the villa. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with a bright and airy lounge, fully equipped luxury Italian kitchen with granite worktops, dining area, twin bedroom and marble bathroom. 4th bedroom located in the lower ground area.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace, with pergola which beautifully frames the view to the gardens, pool and sea. Stairs lead down from here to the pool terraces, jacuzzi and gardens.
On the first floor there's are 2 large marble ensuite bathrooms with showers and two double bedrooms with ample fitted storage areas. The real treat is the balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms. It has a table and 4 chairs, large umbrella. From here you can enjoy views to the crystal clear turquoise sea.

“A perfect All rounder - A must Villa.”
Amazing Villa and location, the villa is fully equipped with everything you would ever need, private pool, heated Jacuzzi, Pool Table and Table Tennis table for my teenage sons. Private beach was Amazing. We watched the baby turtles hatching on the private beach area, which was also a delight for us all to swim every morning. Property was immaculate and clean, the service from Joseph was great, met us on arrival, supplied a lovely welcome pack and always on hand if required anything. we would highly recommend this villa and we will be certainly coming back in 2022

Perfect for a quiet get-away-from-it-all holiday with all mod cons. You do need a car though to get around as it's a bit off the beaten track.

“If you want a quiet isolated place to stay this is it”
The villa was excellent, good pool and jacuzzi. The villa was well equipped and tastefully furnished, plus it was right by the beach was completely desserted Local town of Polis 2 minutes by car had 2 good supermarkets an lots of great restaurants to chose from. the Irish bar was fun for drinking but don't eat there as we got food poisoning! If you want a quiet get away with excellent facilities this is the place to stay. We just wanted a pool the beach and to spend time together as a family. nice restaurants near by and a good gas BBQ to eat in watching the sunset. will definitely go again.
