Description

Beautifully situated finca between Artà and Capdepera on a plot of approx. 3,380 sqm, with open views of the castle and the town of Capdepera, the mountains and the countryside. The approximately 60 square meters of living space are divided as follows: two bedrooms each with a double bed (on request, the beds can also be separated) and fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, living / dining room with fireplace and open kitchen (altogether approx. 30 square meters). The high ceilings (2.80 m to 3.50 m ceiling height) with the wooden beams, the Mallorcan tiled floor and many other details, a nice living atmosphere was created. The outdoor area with salt water pool (10 mx 4 m - depth of 0.80 m (about 3 m) to 1.80 m) and several terraces including barbeque area with a beautiful stone table (3.6 m long) and two Stone benches, offers plenty of space to relax. The fully fenced property is classically Mediterranean with typical plants and old trees such as palm trees, almonds and fig trees, etc. The house was renovated in spring 2015 and newly furnished.
