Located in a quiet area of Athens suburbs, very close to Athens International Airport (4km) and Rafina port( 4km, ships to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos islands etc.),
It is a two level villa with all the facilities and amenities you are going to need in order to have a memorable vacation & unique experience.
Level 1(pool level):
Includes, 4 bedrooms (2 double & 2 single), 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom with walk in shower and one toliet room), 1 big living room with big sofas and armchairs, a big fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining tables(inside), 1 dining 10seated-table outside next to the BBQ, 1 pool (11x5 m), sofa lounge next to the pool, BBQ facilities, sunbed and umbrella by the pool, satelite tv, poker table, internet Wi-Fi access in all rooms and parts of the villa, and Airconditoning in all Bedrooms.
Level 2 (stairway access),
Amazing studio with 1 double bed, en-suite full bathroom, sofa, fridge, HiFi, coffee table, Airconditioning, interent Wi-Fi access, two sunchairs and a big balcony with explicit view of the Aegean.
The villa includes secured private parking!
Beautiful hidden sandy beach ''Davis Beach'' is just around the corner (1 min walking), with a small beach bar ''davis Beach Bar''!
Shops, supermarkets,restaurants, grocery stores, tavernas, coffee shops, night-clubs and public transport are 10-20 minutes walking distance.
Athens city centre and Acropolis is 35-45 minutes by car (depends on the traffic).

“Wonderful house-wonderful holiday”
I would highly recommend this villa. It has a beautiful outdoor space with lovely views of the sea, a very good size swimming pool, comfortable outdoor seating and good outdoor dining facilities. The house itself is very comfortable with all the amenities that you need, including air conditioning- which was very welcome at night-time. Dimitris, the owner, was also very kind and went out of his way to be helpful. When we wanted someone to cook for us, he provided a really tasty home-made Greek meal. All of my family had a really enjoyable holiday and would have no hesitation in coming back.
