Description
Villa Paradiso is a spacious traditional Corfu villa with a private pool, located 800 meters away from a sandy beach, between lively Roda Corfu and traditional Karousades village, at the North of Corfu Agnos.
The property has three levels: The main villa on the ground floor and the attic annex on the top floor, a self-contained two-bedroom apartment, joined together via an interior staircase. (The middle level will be available soon :) .
Villa Paradiso can comfortably accommodate a family or group of friends of twelve people, with excellent outside grounds, dining al fresco facilities, lovely sea views from the attic annex, and ideally located in a quiet area not far from the local amenities.
Layout
It is laid out on the ground level of a traditional building and features four(4) airy, air-conditioned rooms (two double and two twins), recently renovated and modernly decorated. The villa also houses a spacious, well-stocked kitchen, air-conditioned lounge with dining area, two en-suite showers with cabin and a third family shower room.
The annex is a fully equipped apartment consisting of two (2) air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin) with a shared bathroom and an additional kitchen. There is a back balcony on this level, which offers stunning sea and country views.
The extensive outside surrounded grounds feature a large swimming pool (6 X 7 meters), a well-maintained garden with trees, flowers, a playground and comfortable sitting facilities for your lazy days under the bright Corfiot sun.
Villa Paradiso is ideally only a few minutes away from the popular Agnos or Roda sandy beaches, five minutes drive from Acharavi town. It appears as an ideal base for those who wish to have a morning or evening walk between the unspoiled olive groves of North Corfu, taking one of the numerous trails close by the property.
Additionally, Paradiso offers a playground and table soccer facilities for the young guests, plus a mobile ramp for wheelchairs and prams.
