Description

Spacious 30 m2 elevated ground floor studio with private entrance, double bed & large sofa bed, kitchen, 4-person dining table/ work space, ideal for 2–3 people.

The apartment is 7 steps above street level and has its own private entrance. It can easily accommodate as many as three adults or a couple with two small children.

The interior has been completely renovated: the oak floor of the unified space and its exposed stone wall combine to superb effect.

The furniture, designed along ultra modern lines, consists of a two-seater sofa bed, a vintage armchair, a dining table seating four, which can also be used as a work space, and a double bed. The walk-in closet offers ample storage space for clothing and other items.

The Italian design functional kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, ceramic 4-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, etc. along with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware.

The studio’s amenities include a bathroom with shower, as well as A/C, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi & wired Internet connection; bed linens & towels are provided, as well as complimentary eco-friendly toiletries' welcome pack.

How do damage deposits work?
