Cosy, luxurious and well appointed apartment for 4 set in beautiful gardens with heated pool, sauna and BBQ.
There are two modern flats (of the same size and same standard) situated either side of the villa with a separate entry and a reserved parking space.
Each flat is ideal for a couple with children or 2 couples as is furnished with quality furniture (oak, modern) will all modern comforts: fitted kitchen with integrated oven and hob, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 37' TV, DVD player (free DVD loan from our extensive DVD library), HiFi, alarm-clock, hair-dryer, Internet WiFi access, automatic shutters.
From your garden you will be able to enjoy lovely views over the mountains and will have an independent access to the pool which has a high veranda cover on rails (pool heated to 28°C from mid May to end of Sep), and is fitted with an against current swimming device and a water-jet. You will have the opportunity to use our sauna (1 free session included) near the pool. The pool can be covered if by chance it rains in our hot summers. Otherwise it is open with sun beds all around.

“Wonderful holiday near Aubenas”
Last week me and my husband had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for our one week stay in Aubenas region. We wanted to find a Gite being close to Gorges de l'Ardeche but at the same time in a very quiet and peaceful location within a short drive to the shops and supermarket. All the correspondence prior to the booking was straightforward and friendly and we were met by the owners and had a welcome drink on their beautiful terrasse with the far reaching views across the valley. The apartment was exactly as described on the website - beautifully presented, very clean, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything we needed and more. The location of the apartment is excellent if you want to see the breathtaking Gorges de l'Ardeche or visit beautiful medieval villages in the region. Aubenas town is only 10 mins drive and we found a good choice of supermarkets and bakeries there along with some designer shops and restaurants. One day we went for a long drive on D290 starting in Aubenas then visiting the old village of Vogue (with a wonderful château) followed by the village of Balazuc. Afterwards we drove to Gorges de l'Ardeche stopping every 10 mins to take photos and enjoy the amazing views. The owners of the apartment are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to explore the Aubenas region combined with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our wonderful holiday and definitely will be coming back next year.
