Description

Large art filled apartment conveniently situated close to trains, buses, shopping malls, restaurants and bars.

As well as all the facilities that are within 15 minutes walking distance, we are situated right on the Morningside railway station and 3 minutes walk from bus stops going in both directions. Seriously, you couldn't get a more convenient place to stay. As well, if you have a car, I can organise a car park for you.

Nice sized room with a really comfortable Queen bed with high quality bedding and towels provided.

Share with me, a middle-aged friendly female, and a super cute British Bulldog.

I recommend that you go to local restaurants as I am a terrible cook.

Getting around

We are right on the Morningside railway station and as well, the buses are two minutes away. You might prefer to walk as we are 10 minutes from St Luke's shopping mall and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to Kingsland

House rules

Check in is generally after 4pm and check out is before 10am although depending on whether there are guests before or after you I am happy to be flexible.
I really want you to feel at home in my home. All I ask is that you keep things tidy in the common areas. I dont care how messy your bedroom is, that is your space while you are with me. I do highly recommend that you keep your bedroom door closed otherwise Fred will be in your bed and eating your stuff before you can say 'out!'
