Surplombant la Place Centrale, mais AU CALME au 7ème étage (ascenseurs) de la résidence "Les Portes du Soleil", orienté E et SSO: de superbes vues et baigné de lumière toute la journée.
A proximité immédiate de la résidence : tous les commerces et services possibles: 2 supérettes, restaurants, pizzerias, loueurs de matériel, laverie
Cinéma, Village des Enfants, Garderie des petits, Office du Tourisme, Caisse des remontées, manège, patinoire, et de l'autre côté de la place, la piscine AQUARIAZ, ...etc.

In the VERY HEART of Avoriaz, modern 40 sqm apartment for 5, recently entirely renovated. With a large balcony.
Overlooking the Central Square ("Place Centrale"), but QUIET, and with great views from the 7th floor (elevator) of the residence "Les Portes du Soleil". Windows facing East and SSO. Bathed in sunlight all day.
Very close to the house, in the street below: all possible shops and services: 2 supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, equipment rental companies, launderette, Cinema, Children's Village, the small nursery, Tourist Office, Fund lifts, riding, ice skating, and on the other side of the Plaza, tropical swimming pool, ... etc.

By that time the second larger elevator will be operative, and, hopefully by that time too, the current lift will go all the way down to the underground floor and a new, modern ski room with private, large lockers, and direct access outside.
