Barn conversion cottage on working dairy farm, on edge of small rural village, overlooking the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Modern interiors. 2.5 miles from market town of Honiton and 10 miles to coastal town of Sidmouth. Easy access to many attractions, moorland and natural beauty. Suitable for families wanting a relaxing holiday, walkers and cyclists wanting to explore the hills and valleys of East Devon or business people needing to be in the area close to M5 J28 or A30 - A303. The cottage is pet free and smoke free. Play area for under 5's - preschool children. Also, kits for fossil hunting, bat listening, bug hunting etc.

Honiton has a train station 2.5 miles and Exeter International airport is only 12 miles away. Bristol airport 1 hour. Cars can be hired from all well known companies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
