Location - location and plenty of sunshine.... This is what this property is all about. Large open plan kitchen and dining areas, expansive living rooms with large patio doors leading on to the impressive balconies overlooking the pool and perfect for those hot summer nights and “al fresco” dining. Tastefully furnished and air conditioned throughout, this property is the latest addition to our rentals and is sure to attract a lot of interest.

A well and tastefully furnished property offering sheer luxury and comfort in what we describe as the "sunny lands ". The apartment is a well designed and spacious and is situated in a well maintained development with an impressive communal pool being the focal point. Nicely landscaped gardens provide ample space for relaxation while soaking up the sun and the when the sun goes down, head for the balcony overlooking the pool area where you can just sit and chill ......... A must view property for those that want to be close to everything Ayia Napa has to offer whether is the famous beach of Nissi or the vibrant night life found about a km down the road or even for a quiet family holiday. This property caters for everybody so come on and enjoy the sunshine on this sun basked island....

Guests are at all times requested to show respect to fellow tenants and also to the property itself. Late nights parties will not be allowed and guests are always expected to vacate the property at check out times and property should be left in a good , clean state .. “Fantastic apartment”

The 1 bed apartment had everything you will need for your holiday. We are a family of 4 and stayed or 10 days. Costas from the management company was very helpful. Taxi was waiting at airport for us when we arrived. Supermarket was only 100m away. Beach is just over the road. We will be using this apartment again when we return to Cyprus Thank you costas for all your help

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
