Description
THE ViLLA HOSTS UP TO 6 GUESTS and it is 150 mtrs from Sirens beach. It is fully airconditioned and has a good wifi connection Also there is a private 8x4 swimming pool outside for use only by the tenants..
Beautiful fully furnished villa (and with plenty of outdoor furniture and tables, sunbeds, etc) luxury villa with private 8m X 4m swimming pool with marple steps leading to 1.70 mtrs. Isolated from neighbours and calming place. FOR CHILDREN there are plenty of new games for the sea and for the pool and other games. There are fields around the house and the property has beautiful, unobstracted sea views. The house is 110 sq.mtrs and the land is 600mtrs with grass and trees.It offers privacy and peace. Its a paradise. Also there are 40 sqm covered verandas and 12 sqm uncovered balcony upstairs.
One bedroom is downstairs and the other two upstairs. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room. Also there is a toilet/ shower which is next to the bedroom making it ensuite to the bedroom.Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and a big full bathroom. The two bedrooms have clear sea views. There is also a big balcony and the two bedrooms communicate with it.
At nights with moon is really great and unforgetable to see the light of the moon in the sea. The property has a barbeque area too, with charcoal barbeque.
A supermarket and a cafe /bar/restaurant is 300 mtrs from the house. Sirens beach (also organised with facilities and sunbeds, umbrellas) is 150mtrs from the house and 500 mtrs from the house is the beautiful Ayia Thekla Beach, a sandy organised beach with a small island in front of it, safe guard and water sports. Between the two beaches, there are many small sandy entrances to the sea.
Luxury house with solar water system. for bathing and solar system for the cleaning of the pool, to protect the environment (the pool needs less chemicals). As you see in the photos there is a corner with trees and inside there one can relax with a book with nothing to disturb him except birds and the sea.
The house when is given is fully equipped i.e. plenty of linen, many many towels, all the necessary cleaning materials -for washing machine too- we supply also tea, coffe, sugar and fresh water. We wellcome people with a bottle of cyprus good quality wine and juice and milk in the fringe.

A well situated house if you want peace and quiet.Easy to find with a car.Fantastic seaview,especially from upstairs where you can enjoy the sunrise and eat your breakfast. Very well equipped outside,with summer furniture and sunbeds in the lovely garden.The pool in excellent shape with a shower near by.Inside you have everything you need.Lovely bedrooms,a fantastically well equipped kitchen.You can even have fresh and cool drinkingwater from a machine.There is a supermarket 10 minutes away ,and 3 tavernas nearby.A stroll alond the sea is highly recommended,A nice beach near the chapel 10 minutes away fulfilles your dream .I highly recommend this house if you travel to Cyprus
