Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms beautifully appointed, luxury villa with private pool and mature landscaped gardens. Fully air conditioned with all facilities. All bedrooms with balconies, some with sea views. Ideally suited to couples, families and wedding groups(Near Nissi Beach Hotel, Adams Beach Hotel and Olympic Lagoon). Free WiFi Internet access. Peaceful residential location just a short stroll from the famous Nissi Beach and Agia Napa the major tourist resort of the island. Close to shops, restaurants bars and clubs and the Waterworld Waterpark. Arrangments can be made for children cots and high chairs at your rewuest. Air-con of 200 electrical units per week is included in the price(consider satisfactory)

“Update your photos”
We have had a lovely holiday but we were sold on this villa by the photos which are quite out of date. So don’t expect some of the outdoor furniture shown to be there. The bath has been replaced by a generous sized shower So that change is a positive. It’s on the road that runs parallel to Nissi Bay drive with no shops or bars so it gets all the jeeps and bikes and buggies rented by holiday makers flying past and unfortunately the pool is in the front garden. You get used to the noise though. It’s a ten minute walk to bars and restaurants and we found this strip outside the main Ayia Napa area much nicer with plenty of choice not to eat in the same place. Nissi Bay beach gets rammed by 9.30am so take a left at the bottom of the hill and go on Sandy Bay beach instead. Great waves at the end of the day and has bar for food too. Villa is 4 generous sized rooms all with air con. Next door is also rented so your experience can depend on your neighbours as with any holiday rental. The owner is very helpful though. When taxi couldn’t find the villa he explained and when we asked for glasses and a corkscrew he was quick to sort it. And even brought round a bottle of wine. You can’t say fairer than that ! If I had any recommendations it would be update the photos then you know what you’re getting. We turned down one villa because the girls wanted double beds and this one showed doubles but they’re singles so they were disappointed. We got over it but you just want your holiday to be exactly as expected right?
