Located in the centre of Agia Napa, this private 4 bedroom villa is only 1000 meters walk to the famous "Nissi Beach". The villa offers plenty of space inside & out. Guests staying at Villa Sam don't require a car to access the local amenities which consist of bars, shops, restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports & much more.

Outside Villa Sam offers guests a private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, umbrella's, off-road parking & BBQ area. The outside area is perfect for relaxing & taking in the local surroundings & admiring the partial sea view's from the shared sun terrace.

Inside offers a spacious dinning / living area, the dinning area hosts an attractive dining table & chairs, seating up to 8 persons.

The living room offers a luxurious 3 piece sofa set, coffee table (with chess board) a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels, Wifi, blinds, air-conditioning & access to the front of the house via sliding doors.

The kitchen is very well equipped, offering modern cooking facilities, good variety of kitchen appliances & cooking utensils. Each room is fully air-conditioned. Downstairs also offers a guest WC which is opposite the living room.

Heading upstairs guests will find 4 separate bedrooms & a shared family bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

The first master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, ample wardrobe space, shared veranda with sea views, black out blinds, air-conditioning & En-Suite shower room.

The second double bedroom offers a double bed, bedside table's (with lamps), ample wardrobe space, access to the shared veranda with partial sea views, black out blinds & air-conditioning.

The third twin bedroom offers 2 x single beds, bedside table (with lamp), ample wardrobe space, black out blinds, air-conditioning & access to the shared veranda which overlooks the private swimming pool.

The last twin bedroom offers 2 x single beds, bed side tables (with lamp), ample wardrobe space, black out blinds & air-conditioning & access to the shared veranda which overlooks the private swimming pool. All bedrooms have shared use of the family bathroom.

Response from the manager We would like to post a response to the above statement. Your son and his friends who are 17-18 years old had a booking in Villa Sam from 04.07-11.07. His arrival day was a back to back day and we had a departure same morning, when housekeeping arrived to the villa to prepare the villa we have discovered that the villa was completely trashed by previous 18 year old guests. Normally 4 hours is enough to prepare the villa for next arrival but in this case it was not possible, ripped showers from the walls, broken tiles and there was a problem with incoming water to the villa. So the company has made a decision to relocate your son and his friends for 1 nights stay so we can get the villa to the standard and fully functioning and safe for your son. However at this time your son was traveling so we couldn't reach him. But he had airport transfer booked with us so we advised the drive to call us once he collected the guests. Your son and his friends were verbally abusive to our customer service lady and me personally not to mention the driver as well that we can no longer actually speak with them on the phone. The alternative villa was clean, had a private swimming pool and we also provided them a free taxi's to Ayia Napa and back for this inconvenience. Our housekeeping and maintenance team worked around the clock to have the villa ready the next day and your son was moved to the villa before 17.00 pm as he was screaming that he has a boat party to attend. However, on your son's departure the guests left the villa almost in the same condition as the previous guests knowing that this was the reason why they didn't stay in the villa the first night. Also the villa is fitted with an alarm system and we send out ALL required information including how to use the alarm system in the villa. Kind Regards LamerHomes
