Description

This quiet, charming villa is located in Ayia Napa, 300 meters from the famous beach of Nissi. It features a private pool with cushioned loungers. WI-Fi Internet, 2 bicycles and parking are all free.

The villa has a huge 10m x 5m Walk in private pool which has plenty of space around it, and is fully fenced in to give our guests more privacy,

Athena Villa offers has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dining furniture and a seating room with 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV. It is filled with natural light and fitted with wooden furnishings.

Guests of the Athena Villa can enjoy tranquil moments in the 380-m² garden. A barbeque area is available for use.

Response from the owner We provide them early check in We offer (without to ask) discount very late check out. We offer him 10% discount on any next booking, to him or any person just comming from him. Yes we had a pipe problem we send immitiatly (at 21:50) plumber to check. The man came next day and they fix it. We went there nobody was there except 2 young persons. We clean the place and we change all towels for all person.

We have returned home after spending 2 amazing weeks in the villa, there were 9 of us in total, 4 adults and 5 children all under 10.. perfectly situated opposite nissi beach, the owner Michalis met us personally and couldn’t be more helpful, (lovely genuine guy). Highly recommend..

“1St time at villa Athena”

This was an amazing holiday, villa was stunning, very clean and close to everything, there was 9 of us and a toddler on holiday for my daughters wedding,the owner Mlchalis was lovely, he met us on arrival to show us how to work certain things and helped out with where to go for shopping and how to get to the beautiful nissi beach which was only a few minutes away walking, Mlchalis even came to the villa a couple days in to clean the pool which was nice but in my opinion didn't need cleaned,the villa has everything you need for your stay, the big barbecue outside is amazing, the 4 bedrooms are a nice size 2 of them on_suite,with another bathroom, the pool is huge we all enjoyed it the toddler we couldn't get her out, plenty seating outside and enough sun loungers fabulous holiday and Mlchalis came to see us off which I thought was really nice, stunning villa, nice owners,beautiful location could not if asked for better, we would all highly recommend.... How do damage deposits work?
