Apartment in chalet of the early twentieth century, recently restored. Traditionally decorated, offering the necessary comfort. Situated on the coast, in typical village, 50 meters from the beach, natural pool and close to natural park Sintra-Cascais. Very safe area, with private car park. Large balcony with sea view, for recreation and meals. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds), 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed and 1 kitchen.
Nice apartment composed by one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds and living room with sofa bed. One bathroom with bide and standup shower. Kitchen equipped with double induction plate, microwave, regular fridge, toaster and coffee machine. Spacious balcony with beautiful sea-view and sunset view (late spring and summer), containing outside table and chairs for a meal and one large clothes line.

“Excellent Location, Quaint & Charming Accomodation”
Enjoyed our 3 day stay in Azenhas do Mar at Vivienda Violante 1. This is a charming property which has tons of character, original features, antique furniture and it just oozes charm. We really liked it. Stayed for 3 nights August 2015... couple with 3 kids (8,10,13). It was perfectly suited to our family needs, 1 double room, 1 room with bunk beds and another pull out bed which if just off the kitchen / hallway but which we easily relocated to the sitting room for the 3 night duration of our stay. Double bedroom is accessed through the room with bunk beds. Has 1 cute bathroom with a bath/shower. Kitchen is small but perfectly equipped to cater for preparing holiday meals .. we eat out for the 3 nights ! Wifi worked perfectly. This property is a landmark building in this town (lots of people stop to take photos of the facade). Its a large original house that is now split into several rental properties. All we're full during out stay and all have separate independent entrances. 1 minute walk from the beach . Balcony enjoys lovely full morning/afternoon sun but its in shade by the time sunset comes around. Nice sea views off the corner of the balcony. Perfect location for nearby trips to Sintra / Colares /Praia das Macas/Praia Grande
