Perfect fit for a family of 4: we had an amazing time!

We went to this house hoping for a nice week retreat at the beach for our family of 4, and we had exactly what we were hoping and expecting: a nice confortable house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen (laundry machine and dish washer included), everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The outside area is at the same time very simple and beautifull, with many local fruit trees, a small pool, and a table with chairs and strechers turned to an open area where you can see all the roundabouts until the sea. Bedrooms were confortable (pillows not perfect for me but each person has their own taste), and also the living room. We did not want to be in the middle of a busy town, but also not very far, and that was exactly what we got by being just 2 minutes away from Moncarapacho, a small and sweet village but with a big enough supermarket and some nice restaurants. We were also near some of the best beachs in Algarve. The house has AC (might be very needed in peak summer), but also features to keep you warm in the winter time. Also TV. Only thing that was not working so well for my needs was the wifi, but I guess that helped me having a more relaxed vacation with my kids. The Algarve is a beautiful area to visit , many things to see and do,, The apartment was very comfortable, all the amenities of home , very comfortable beds and linens , totally equipped kitchen , 2 patios , back was very large , great patio furniture provided, even mats and umbrella for the beach , the living room area was very comfortable, the tv was cable , but no instructions left for tv channel schedule or how to get English speaking tv ,, but the owners were. Very prompt to help figure this out once I emailed them ,,, The bathroom’s fan was not working and there was a smell coming from that area ,, and the shower nozzle sprayed water into the floor every shower ,, i did let them know and am positive they will fix this issue ,immediately , as we had an issue with a light and they came over to deal with it immediately,, they seem like great people ,, we had to adjust our travel arrangements and get into the apartment two days earlier than planned and the accommodated us ,,, Would definitely Recommend this property ,,, … see more

Amazing villa

What an incredible villa, we had a wonderful week and enjoyed one very second of this authentic Portuguese villa. The pool is great, a lovely temperature and great surrounding area. The terrace has the most gorgeous villa and is spacious enough for all guests to eat our day or night in the sun or under cover. The villa itself has plenty of room and all the amenities you need, all rooms are either end suite or essentially next to a bathroom. Location wise, I don’t think you can beat it, very close to a supermarket, 10 mins to the beach and old town. Just excellent, we really hope to stay again! Tony was very helpful and a wonderful host!
