“Beautiful remote appartment” For four days we enjoyed the splendor of scenic mountain surroundings, very nice apartment and friendliness of Robidisce.
The tidy and clean apartment had its own porch which enabled us to enjoy our drinks even during rain and thunder, a beautiful (and slightly frighting)show!
All in all the perfect (mountain) getaway!
“Perfect holiday destination” We stayed in this delightful apartment in July 2013. It is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Bled and provides good access to the Triglav National Park with its spectacular walks and superb alpine scenery. Hosts Matjaz and Lydia could not be more welcoming and went out of their way to do all they could to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, even providing bowls of raspberries and blackberries from their garden. The apartment was comfortable and spotless; we lacked for nothing. Highly recommended
“Apartment Polena - Fantastic” An excellent apartment with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. the apartment is just walking distance from the old city center but in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. the owner Milena was there to meet us during the time of check in and showed us around the apartment. She also arranged a taxi to pick and drop us at the airport. She is always prompt in responding to emails and clarifies any doubts almost immediately.
All in all a great place. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
Though small in size, Slovenia is large in diversity, especially when it comes to terrain. It resides on the eastern Alps at the northeast end of the Adriatic Sea, so it encompasses several peaks and lush forests as well as numerous Mediterranean beaches. There are also a number of major lakes and rivers, so outdoor activities are popular with both residents and visitors alike. Swimming, hiking, and skiing are just a few examples of the most popular activities here. Winter sports lovers head to the mountains to enjoy a Slovenia ski. After which, many skiers go to a Slovenia spa for relaxation and rejuvenation. If you are looking to hit the links, Slovenia golf is a popular sport to try your hand at. While you are here, be sure to visit Ljubljana, a lively city that showcases an exciting art and culture scene as well as some spectacular architecture.
Here are a few additional suggestions of things to do in Slovenia:
Lake Bled: This spot is a popular attraction for travelers to the area. It features a Neo-Gothic Parish Church with a sophisticated castle and fascinating frescos as well as exquisite natural surroundings and thermal springs.
Postojna Cave: This natural wonder features a variety of sparkling stalactites and stalagmites characterized by an assortment of colors and shapes. Visitors can take a unique electric train to see all the sights, one of which includes a firsthand look at the famous human fish known as Proteus anguinus.
Piran: This old seaport is situated at the end of the Piran peninsula. It is considered the country's coastal jewel. Here visitors will encounter amazing Venetian architecture and can dine at a number of waterfront restaurants that serve up fresh and savory seafood.
Kranjska Gora: If outdoor activities interest you, head here. Travelers can enjoy everything from cycling and mountaineering to paragliding and fishing in the summer. During the winter months, night sledging and snowmobiling are popular.
Koper: This region is home to several important sites, including the Town Tower, the Praetor's Palace, a 15th-century Cathedral and the loggia. A major highlight for many visitors is the Romanesque Carmen Rotunda.
Ljubljana: As the capital of Slovenia, this city showcases a number of amazing cultural institutions. Among the stand-outs are the National Museum, the City Museum, Planck's House, the National Gallery, the Modern Art Gallery, and the Ljubljana Cathedral, which showcases some impressive frescoes.
Make the most of your time in Slovenia by staying in a vacation rental. Staying in a rental near Slovenia Bled Lake with its exquisite views is one option that definitely will not disappoint.

Romantic getaway for both of You!
Wonderful location and very kind staff! We're coming back!
The hotel is as nice as you can see on the pictures, amazing views over the lake and mountains. Ideal starting point for excursions. For a very friendly price we stayed 11 nights. The accomodation is basic but this is compensated by all the other things: the peacefull location, nice energy, friendly staff, good food, etc... …

Holiday house in beautiful nature
Peaceful, beautiful and
When driving up to the house we were struck by the beauty of the surroundings and stunning views. We were greeted at the property by Alja who kindly showed us around and explained how the facilities such as heating etc. worked. She also provided us with a list of local amenities and numbers to contact her or her husband should we need anything.
The house was immaculate, warm and welcoming. The smell of the wood the house was made from was delightful, and the facilities, kitchen utensils and bedding were all practically new and of excellent quality. There were also lovely touches such as a bottle of wine and biscuits left as a welcome gift and childrens’ toys and blankets were provided, adding to the homely feel.
The house itself was everything we could have wished for - located approximately 20 minutes from Bled, it offered picturesque views over the mountains and we were able to enjoy sitting in the outside dining area and watching the local wildlife including horses, deer, cattle and red squirrels. It was tranquil, cosy and peaceful, the perfect holiday home to completely relax and recharge your batteries. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to unwind amongst breathtaking natural scenery. …

Apartment RUS Bled
Perfect Place to Spend the Holidays!
During the holidays, my Husband and I spent a week at Apartment RUS Bled. We could not have picked a better apartment. This apartment was one of the best we have rent since moving to Europe 4 years ago. Their cozy apartment is located in the center of Bled. They provide you with everything you will need for the kitchen, you just have to your food and drinks. There two grocery stores within walking distance. Irena and her family are the sweetest people, and are very helpful with restaurant recommendation just in case you don't feel like cooking after a day of sightseeing or visiting the spa. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bled. …
