Description
We will be undertaking an incredible renovations project over the 2024/2025 winter season, which will include a brand new open floorplan kitchen, new terrace space, a new pool changing room, and updated electrical system. These improvements will be the last remaining project needed for our fully upgraded villa! We are super excited. Pictures will be updated as soon as available.
In addition to these upcoming improvements, prior major renovations included a fresh coat of paint on the entire exterior in 2023. A few years prior to that, we also renovated the bedrooms and bathrooms, and added air conditioning to 4 bedrooms. More recently we purchased new comfortable beds in all rooms, new blinds, and new furniture and television in the living room.
Casa Juno is a spacious villa in a residential area in Albufeira, just a few minutes walk from the bustling of Old Town Albufeira, the Albufeira Marina, and the beach. This is our second home and we would like to share it with you.
With views over the deep blue Atlantic from 3 bedrooms and from the large terrace, and with the beautiful turquoise heated private pool (NOTE extra charge for pool heating - please inquire), you may never want to leave the villa! The large rooms are naturally cool and comfortable with tile floors and air conditioning in the summer, and heating and a wood burning fireplace for the winter. It has four large main bedrooms, one with a new King-sized bed, the second one with a new Queen-sized bed, both with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful extra large walk in shower. The third bedroom has new Twin beds that can be made up to a queen size bed, and a 3rd full bathroom (with bathtub) located just adjacent. The 4th bedroom with Twin beds has a newly renovated full bathroom across the hall.
We have an optional top floor 5th bedroom so the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, which can be available upon request with extra charge. Newly renovated, this room has sliding glass doors leading out to a huge terrace and the best Ocean and Marina views in the Villa. With twin beds, aircon and a seating area, you have everything you need to sleep and spend the day.
Wifi and a new smart TV with English (and other language) channels, or download your favorite apps are there for your use. You can enjoy those ocean views from the living room as well, while relaxing on our new sofas.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with new dishwasher, oven and stovetop, with the large terrace immediately accessible to enjoy meals overlooking the ocean, or in the dining room. A charcoal barbecue is also right outside the kitchen for your grilling pleasures (a fresh Robalo (sea bass) or Dorade and juicy hamburgers are our favorites to grill). The BBQ chef can grill and partake in the sundown activities on the terrace.
A washing machine, and bath and beach towels, are available for your use.
If you do choose to leave the villa, the beach and old town of Albufeira are both less than 10 minutes walk. The Albufeira Marina is a 15 minute walk. A very well-stocked Intermarche grocery store is a 2 minute walk away. The large Continente/Modelo grocery store is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Unlike many villa owners, we do NOT charge a separate cleaning fee for stays of one week or longer. However, if we require more effort to clean than is typical, we may request the excess cost to be reimbursed. This has been an extremely rare occurrence and we thank our past guests for this. We do not typically perform a cleaning service during your stay. However, if you require cleaning and/or change of linen/towels during your stay this can be provided at an additional cost. Please inquire. There are also no website booking fees. The price we charge is the final price you pay.
