freshly redecorated for 2018 season, Our 7 Bedroom air conditioned hillside holiday villa is sited off the main coastal road and offers you a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, BBQ and outside seating areas as well as a large double roomed lounge area for entertaining inside and out. 5Km from the harbour town marina of Balchik and 3Km to the tourist resort of Albena ( with amazing beaches and the largest water park in Europe) , the villa is ideally suited to those who wish some space to enjoy the semi rural setting and within easy access to more. The closest airport is Varna Airport ( 40 minutes drive) and collection/return to the villa can be arranged alongside villa support and assistance from our villa manager if needed. Full alarm system, Large screen TV, Internet access and x 2 fully stocked kitchens as well as secure and on street parking are all available to you. 6 bedrooms have striking views of the Black Sea with balconies and newly refurbished BBQ zone provides a great outdoor experience. Full support is available if requested as well as regular swimming pool /Jacuzzi cleaning. Full bedding is provided also. Bulgaria still offers a wide range of activities and superb views of the Black Sea. Near to the villa is a fantastic steakhouse serving a wide range of local and UK dishes and a local shop and bus stops to Albena / Varna. In nearby Balchik, there is the striking Queen Marie Palace and gardens as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars in or near the Marina zone. Our villa manager is also available to assist with local information and support.Bug screens on all doors too.

Getting around

ideally youll need a car. there is local bus sercies to Albena and Varna at the bottom of the hill and as this is the coastal road - there are lots of taxi's available too. The villa manager can suggest our usual,local taxi driver - Stillion who offers fixed rate fees to /from villa which is a bonus and saves you haggling with local taxi drivers. you are also a 20-30 minute walk down to the coastal pathway - a stunning concreted walkway to Balchik. The road is less impressive to Albena due to poor EU construction of pathway but the walk is still stunning. through support of villa manager we can also link you into local golf courses/ water park, supermarkets and spas.

we can arrange for our villa manager to meet you at or near the villa. He will show you around the villa ; answer any questions you may have. issue you with the keys and code for the security system and outline any cleaning and / or other services available.

We had a great holiday here, the villa had beautiful views and is well equipped, the AC is very handy in the heat! Near to beautiful balchik and albena. The villa is decorated in a cool style.
