Overview
Superbly located just 100 meters from Berawa Beach in Bali, Villa Kirgeo is the perfect holiday destination for families, friends or couples seeking a more laid back escape in Bali. Located just a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach, Villa Kirgeo is ideal for people of all ages with excellent nearby cafés, restaurants and bars. The Finns Recereation Club (ex Canggu Club) is also just a few minutes’ drive away, offering all types of sporting and leisure activities including their new Splash waterpark, ten pin bowling and Bounce, their trampoline games room.
Living areas
Newly built and smartly designed, Villa Kirgeo is complimented with a large 15m x 5m pool with surrounding lawn with two decorative fish ponds and other water features, large sun soaked timber deck area and huge poolside bale.
The bedrooms and all living spaces are all located on the ground level at the end of the pool with an upstairs balcony offering great ocean views making an ideal location for some afternoon or sunset drinks. Please note however that the second level master bedroom is the owner’s private space and not included with the villa rental.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are fully air-conditioned with timber/glass sliding doors offering indoor or alfresco living experience. The living area features a large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with international cable TV channels with DVD player plus Hi-Fi.
A 10-seater timber dining table with wicker seating is ideal for family gatherings or dinner parties and the granite/stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, water dispenser, all the glassware, crockery and cutlery that you would ever need to entertain.
The spacious gardens with open grassed areas, frangipani trees and fish ponds with water features give the true Bali feel. The pool has a shallow end which is suitable for small children and the huge pool bale can easily fit the whole family!
