Villa Surgawi is a fully staffed colonial-Caribbean style 6 bedroom home offers ocean views from all 3 levels. The property is built to very high international standards, with some state of the art facilities including Bose server technology with speakers in all common areas, fully equipped Gym and a spa bedroom.

Broadband internet, Satellite TV. Media room, airy terraces, amazing kitchen, 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms, interiors by Gill Wilson. Facilities galore including a large 17.5 meter swimming pool with its own dining pavilion and daybed. Naturally one of our most popular rentals.

Villa Surgawi has been the home of many happy clients. In a month's time the owners will be starting major renovations to restore the villa to as new condition. This includes renovating and replacing many items. We invite you to return sometime in the next year and enjoy two complimentary nights. This can be combined with a stay in a villa of your choice. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
