BAAN TWIN PALM is one of only 6 luxury houses on an exclusive development in LAYAN . It offers privacy, 24 hour security, and wonderful scenic views over the wooded hills, a lake, rubber tree plantations and fields of grazing water buffalo. The villa is surrounded by 2.5 rai of mature tropical gardens offering a splendid display of flowers, trees and many different species of palms. It is designed to take advantage of the stunning scenery and outdoor living with the many spacious terraces offering unobstructed views of the surrounding area.
Mornings are the time for bird song and the area is a haven for gracious egrets,chattering mynahs, kingfishers and tiny hummingbirds to name just a few. Evenings are the time for beautiful sunsets and occasional dramatic firework displays from the nearby beach
This is the unspoilt face of Phuket in an area of outstanding beauty on the north west coast of the island. Despite this peaceful setting, away from the noise and bustle of the main resorts, it is just a few minutes drive from glorious Layan beach with its golden sands and wonderful warm sea. Just a short distance further can be found the famous Laguna hotel complex with golf course, spa facilities and the village with a selection of restaurants, hairdressers, beauty parlours, massage, art galleries and boutiques

The spacious accommodation is built over 3 floors with all the main rooms offering the typical wood paneled Thai style vaulted ceilings

ENTRANCE LEVEL: Ample parking, access to the extensive roof terrace with spectacular views, utility room and 2 bedrooms (one with single beds and the other with 2 small singles converting to queen)

MAIN LEVEL: Steps lead down to extremely spacious living/dining room, western style kitchen, TV room and main bedroom suite with dressing room large bathroom with showerand double Jacuzzi bath.
On this level there is also a large ensuite bedroom and a guest washroom. From the main rooms, sliding doors lead on to a magnificent semi-covered terrace with dining table for 10 and comfortable rattan furniture for lounging and enjoying the views over the pool and gardens. The terrace is edged with a lovely display of flowering plants

LOWER LEVEL: A short flight of steps leads to an extensive terrace with 12x4 metre infinity pool with jacuzzi. a sala with 2 beds and ceiling fan. There is a fully equipped BBQ kitchen with dining area, a shower room, maid/nanny's room, a spacious A/C room with children's toys. On this level there is the ensuite master bedroom with its own balcony.
