The apartment offers spacious superior accommodation comprising; two balconies with spectacular views, deluxe bathroom (inc shower), 2 x double bedroom, large open-plan kitchen/lounge/dinning area and hallway complete with ski/board storage rack. Additional sleeping accommodation is provided by the two double sofa-beds in the lounge .

“Nice apartment in a great location!”

Just got back from a week of snowboarding in Bansko! Weather was amazing! The only down side to Bansko is the queue for the main gondola! My advice, grab a taxi up to the top. It’s only £5 per person - so just bake that into the cost of your lift pass! As for the apartment. I could not recommend this enough! Dave was amazing in helping up book and get ready for our trip out. The apartment was exactly as discribed. Dave and his apartment manager Karen could not do enough to ensure we had a great time. They really understand the meaning of customer service!!! The apartment is in a great location. Right in the heart of town and only a few minutes walk from the main ski lift. I read some reviews and was worried about noise from the busy town but during my stay did not have any issues. Perfect size apartment for 4 adults. I will be back! Thanks

Lovely appartment. Excellent location. The only downside was the noise from the bar opposite, only stopped loud music at 1 am. We would definitely go back regardless.

Last year we had an agreement with the manager to switch off the external speakers at this time and we are in the process of trying to ensure this happens again for the 2018/19 season. Response from the owner Dear Julia, It is with great disappointment that we read your review as we strive to make our apartments as comfortable and well equipped for our guests as possible. Our apartments are fortunate to have a front line position about 100m from Bansko’s Gondola base station and are thus very centrally located. As we explained during your stay, some street noise from being in such a central position can occur during very busy weeks of the season such as English Schools half term weeks when you were in residence. We have rented our apartments for five years and until now have always received great reviews. Having stayed in this apartment ourselves for the previous four years during half term week we acknowledge there is some street noise however it has never kept us or our four young children awake. We can therefore only express our sympathy in your case. We would however like to take this opportunity to advise that after your numerous messages during your stay highlighting your frustrations with the level of street noise, we checked directly with the guests that were staying in the adjacent apartment and apartment located directly above during the same period and they reported no issue of excessive noise or that they had been kept awake during their stay. We would also like to take this opportunity to mention that we did suggest that the two sofas in the lounge (which is in the centre of the apartment and away from external front facing walls) are sofa beds and that these could easily be made up into beds to potentially reduce the impact of the noise. We sincerely hope that your review does not put off future potential guests from renting and staying in our apartments as they are a great base from which to enjoy everything Bansko has to offer. “Ideal Location”

This apartment was ideally located in Bansko, we could look out of the window and keep an eye on the ski lift queue!!! Also located very close by were two supermarkets, restaurants, hire shops, ect. Everything you could need. Apartment was well furnished and spacious, ideal for our family holiday. Would definitely use again on our next visit to Bansko.

“Beautiful/Comfortable/Perfectly Located Apartment”

I stayed in this apartment for 7nights/8days from end December 2012 to beginning January 2013. The apartment is really nice and is located on the 4th floor with a great view of the gondola (smack in the middle of your panoramic view in the morning from the balcony and it is only 150/200 meters away), the mountains and the main road where everyone walks (but it is quiet enough because it is high up). It is very clean, spacious and doesn't look cheap. Here's my description: You walk in through the main door and there's a small welcoming area/room (10sqm) where you can hang your coat, leaves your boots, hang your snowboard on the snowboard/ski stand. From this room, there are three doors. To your left, there's the door to the bathroom. Nice, well built bathroom with marble and elegant ceramic everywhere (i.e: was not a simple/cheap bathroom). The center door leads to the bed room, which has a kingsize bed which is really comfortable (i.e: not a crap mattress), a big dresser in front of the table and closet (enough space for 2 people to hang their clothes). The bed room has a big balcony (at least for 4/5 people to sit comfortably) that looks out onto the gondola and onto and the main street. The 3rd door to the right of the welcoming area leads to a living room which is big and can easily fit 20 people standing up. But since it is meant for 2/3 people it feels quite spacious. There is a lot of light in the living room because there is 3 floor to ceiling windows. One window leads to the bedroom balcony. Another one just opens and the third one leads to the second balcony with a table and two chairs (we would chill there and eat our breakfast while looking at all the activity in the morning). The owner and manager of the apartment were extremely helpful in helping us settle in. They provided us with information about transportation to/from the airport and within Bansko itself. They also spent nearly 30/45 min with us the first day to help us understand the area and what were the best restaurants/bars and shops (to buy non-fake skiing clothes) to visit. It is a 2 min walk to the Kempinsky and to the gondola. Honestly, I have traveled quite a bit, and didn't know what to expect when I got there. I didn't expect to be this pleasantly surprised when I arrived and my girlfriend and I kept on telling ourselves "wow...we were damn lucky" and then we would laugh because we couldn't believe it :)
