"La Terrazza"
The cosy holiday flat "La Terrazza" is situated in a villa, surrounded by typical Mediterranean flowers and plants, in a quiet area, near the centre of Barano d'Ischia, one of the six municipalities of the island of Ischia. The centre is within walking distance from the house (5 mins). Here you can find every type of facilities, e.g. supermarket, minimarket, post office, bank, restaurants, bars, newsagents, etc. The next bus stop is about 50mt from the house. Buses will take you to the near Maronti beach, the most beautiful and largest bay/beach of the island, as well as to all other main centres. The famous "Nitrodi" springs are also in the same area."La Terrazza" is made up of a bedroom with double-bed, single-bed (on request) and a cot, a livingroom with up to two single-beds, a modern and well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with table, chairs, a rocking chair, etc. The terrace itself is surrounded by flowers and plants and is ideal for spending relaxing moments outside. Local tax= 1 or 2 Euro/night/pax - the amount depends on the season of your stay.

Appartamento in tipica villa mediterranea, circondato da fiori e piante tipici della flora mediterranea, in posizione centrale ma tranquilla, a due passi dal centro con tutti i servizi e a breve distanza ( 7-8 minuti di bus) dalla spiaggia più estesa dell'isola, la più bella e rinomata, dove sono presenti anche parchi termali. L'appartamento la Terrazza è la soluzione ideale per trascorrere delle piacevolissime vacanze sull'isola verde, a contatto con la natura. L'alloggio si compone di una camera con letto matrimoniale e culla, un soggiorno con un moderno angolo cottura ben fornito e fino a 2 posti letto , un bagno con doccia-wc-bidet ed un ampio terrazzo arredato con tavolo, sedie,sedia dondolo ed ombrellone, perfetto per godere della tranquillità del luogo. Nelle immediate adiacenze troverete un bel giardino curato. Grazie alla vicina fermata dei bus è facile spostarsi e raggiungere qualsiasi posto dell'isola verde anche senza la propria macchina.Tassa locale di soggiorno= 1 o 2 Euro/notte/persona a secondo della stagione del soggiorno
