Island of Ischia - Holiday flat HibiskusThis sunny and cosy holiday flat (studio) is located in a typical Mediterranean villa, surrounded by flowers and plants, in a quiet area, near the centre of Barano d'Ischia, one of the 6 main villages of the "green" island in the bay of Naples, famous for its beautiful beach "Maronti" (the largest one of the island) as well as the famous "Nitrodi" springs. The centre with all kinds of facilities (e.g. supermarket, minimarket, post office, bank, restaurants, pizzeria, newsagent, bars, etc.) is within walking distance from the flat.The "Hibiskus" is made up of a bed/livingroom with double-bed, a single-bed and, on request, another single-bed, a modern and well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with a table and chairs, which invites its guests to spend relaxing moments outside. Next to the flat, there is a beautiful and well-maintained garden.The next bus stop lies only 50mt from the flat and buses take you not only to the beautiful Maronti beach and the Nitrodi springs in just a few minutes, but also to all other towns and villages of Ischia. Moreover, the area is ideal for taking long walks/hiking in the nature. While walking you will get the chance to discover magnificent views of the island and the whole bay of Naples.Please note: the studio has got air-conditioning which is available on request (10 € per day).

L'appartamento garantisce un ambiente curato e ospitale, in zona residenziale, a pochi passi dal ridente e caratteristico centro di Barano d'Ischia con tutti i servizi, a 50 metri dalla prossima fermata dell'autobus con linee dirette verso tutte le località isolane, a 6-7 minuti di bus da una delle baie e spiagge più belle d'Italia. I parchi termali, famosi nel mondo per la loro bellezza sono raggiungibili anche con i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento si compone di una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, moderno e ben attrezzato angolo cottura, un bagno con doccia ed un piccolo terrazzo arredato con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone che si affaccia sul viale della casa. Possibilità di usufruire di aria condizionata (dietro richiesta e non incluso nel prezzo).
