Description

Well maintained, 3-bed, 2.5-bath, furnished house in a desirable residential neighbourhood with close access to the ABC Highway and the airport. This home sits on a spacious, fully enclosed lot. There is an automatic gate which opens to a spacious driveway and single carport. There are 2 patios, the first is on the ground floor, accessed by double French doors from the living room. The second patio is upstairs, and is accessed from both the hallway and the master bedroom, offering lovely breezes. The master bedroom with its en suite bath are located on the south side of the house. The other 2 bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with shower, and are located on the north side of the house. All bedrooms boast ceiling fans. The curved mahogany staircase is the centerpiece of this home, highlighted by a lovely crystal chandelier. There is a powder room, separate living & dining room, a TV room, a laundry room and kitchen with carport access, all situated on the ground floor. Sheraton Mall is approximately 5 minutes drive away and south coast beaches approximately 8-10 minutes drive.

Response from the owner In response to this review I make bold to say there is no evidence of any overcharging as they were given a discount of nearly 20% on the listed price. Far from overcharging, I over extended myself by putting them up in a seafront rental apartment costing much more that what they were charged and for which I stood the entire cost including having to do repairs to the ceiling which was damaged as a result of their negligence. I therefore lost money from the deal brokered with them. They are unsuitable to live in modern well established communities by their backward living habits. Choking of toilets demonstrate a gross misuse of facilities that ought to be used with proper care as to what should and should not be disposed in them not to mention the complete mess and state they left the place in. My experience with them is akin to casting pearls among swine and to them I say good riddance and would never let them ever even trespass anywhere near my property again for any consideration being offered.
