Description

Villa Iris is a luxurious vacation villa, located only 50 meters away from Barbati beach, overlooking the Ionian Sea. Since it was initially built as the owner’s main residence, every single detail is taken care of personally.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests (4 in the bedrooms, 4 in the playroom) and has private pool with hydromassage jets, private garden with fragrant flowers, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in all rooms, stone built-in BBQ, free Wi-Fi & playroom with billiard table.

The space

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, seating and dining area. A 40” TV with a tuner/DVD player and surround HiFi system is included, installed to also play at the front veranda. A home-theatre system is installed with a number of movies available.

The kitchen on the same floor is equipped with hob, electric oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. All the electric equipment is made by Miele.

There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

UPPER LEVEL

The Master Bedroom features a king size double bed and en suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi spa bathtub and a separate shower with massage/ jet shower function), overlooking the sea from its private balcony.

A twin bedded room with en-suite shower room, which is ideal for children, it is adjacent to the Master Bedroom.

Staying overnight in Villa Iris, you will get the chance to sleep over the soothing sound of the sea waves, having an unforgettable experience of the ultimate relaxation!

LOWER LEVEL

Three sofa beds convertible to two single beds and one double bed are offered in the playroom. There is also an extra shower room.

Practice your billiard skills in the spacious playroom at the carom type billiard table! An additional utility room is located at the lower level, including washing machine, ironing board and iron.

We discovered Villa Iris by accident. We had to leave our previous place because it was absolutely disgusting (stay away from Spiaggia Bianca) and we were forced to find something ASAP. We found Iris.… More
