Casa C is perfect for a group, wether family and friends or people on a business trip, as this casa has 4 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a living room with a gallery. Light, spacious, modern and fun! For those of you who are travellers, not tourists! We offer a complimentary breakfast on our rooftop terrace.

We are not a hotel, but we are not your typical rental apartment either. Think of our casa as your own private home that comes with a hotel-like service and the social fun of your local hang-out.

All our casas have been renovated in 2014, following eco-design principles. This means we put a great effort into re-using materials and adding VOC-free, recyclable ones to the mix. We chose local products and materials whenever possible, and made sure to restore all the original modernist features such as the mosaic floors and etched glass windows from around 1900. We also installed smart water and energy saving devices that will save resources without sacrificing your experience.

Guests have access to the casa with its fully equipped kitchen, living room, balconies, double bedrooms (queen size beds or twin bed), bathroom (with shower).

The casa is located on the 3rd floor. We have an elevator but please note that there is an 8-step walk-up until you get to it.

We love interactions with guests and are happy to have you hang out with us in our office and terrace on the top floor. We also offer cultural activities like guided tours by locals or social events themed around design, Barcelona and sustainability.

Getting around

The best, healthiest, cheapest and eco-friendliest way to get around is on foot or by bicycle. We are less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza Cataluña. By taxi: yök is centrally located on carrer Trafalgar 39 between carrer Bruc and carrer Méndez Núñez/Girona. By public transport: Take the L1 red or L4 yellow metro line to Urquinaona station. We are two short blocks away. You can also take the suburban railway lines (Rodalies de Catalunya) or the L1 red metro line to Arc de Triomf station. Right next to Arc de Triomf station is the Estación del Norte, Barcelona's most important bus station with national and international connections. If you come from the airport, take a taxi or the Aerobus- not the metro, as it takes much longer.
