Description
Our friendly one bedroom penthouse with large terrace is located in a quiet residential area and in a safe neighborhood in downtown. Its position is situated and part of important daily residential needs, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, markets, public-offices and main stations in one of the safest neighborhood in the city- heart of Barcelona, only 10-15min. walking distance from the main touristic-commercial and historical attractions, likewise from the port and beaches.
The newly constructed apartment is fully furnished to create a modern and comfortable interior. There is an L-Sofa, complete dining table set, double bed with balcony, practical kitchen with microwave and coffee maker, washing machine, TV, DVD, and an air conditioner. This fully equipped apartment has a a spacious terrace with a nice view so that you can enjoy the good weather Barcelona offers you.
You can get access to all apartment and terrace. The terrace is shared with the neighbors. The building has no lift but we could help you carry your luggage to the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

“Awesome host”
Arian was an excellent host. The apartment was in a good location and nice and warm during the cold days. Apart from stairs couldn’t fault the place

“Good Downtown apartment”
The reception in the apartment was friendly. We were familiarized with the apartment, and got tips for trips. The location of the apartment is central. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. All things of daily necessity, such as supermarket or bakery are nearby. Unfortunately, the apartment has become a little bit old, which is reflected in several defective things. So, for example, the sliding door of the shower was broken, which was tried to fixed with a shower curtain. The balcony door can not close what was attempted during the stay, and the general condition of the apartment could be better. The flowers on the terrace were partially wilted and dried, in addition, broken chairs and other things on the terrace. Otherwise the terrace was very nice.

“Brilliant apartment in perfect venue - close to everything - Aran was amazing!”
The apartment was a few floors up. There were 2 large bedrooms, bathroom, living room and balcony (not a brilliant view!). It was close to everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe.

“Fantastic apartment and fantastic owners!”
Arian and the Watermelon Barcelona team were so gracious and welcoming! It was like meeting family. The apartment was convenient and spacious and had great amenities. I'd stay here again in a flash if I return to Barcelona.

“Great location in Barcelona!”
Great apartment in a great location. Convenient to the mass transit system. Nice and quiet apartment. The onsite manager, Arian, of the property was very helpful and attentive to any questions we had. He brought extra towels and soap when asked. We would definately stay here again if we find ourselves in Barcelona!
