Description
This centrally located apartment, just steps away from Plaza Catalunya and the famous Passeig de Gracia, suits all tastes.
The living room with open kitchen has a classic design. Just as the master bedroom and the second bedroom, both with a double bed. The more modern styled third bedroom has two single beds, just like the fourth bedroom. There is an extra double sofa bed both in the first and in the second bedroom.
Three of four bedrooms are air-conditioned, including the living and have balcony access.
The apartment is completely equipped so that you won't be less comfortable than in your own home. It has a flat screen TV, DVD, High speed Wifi internet and expandable dining table for up to 10 guests. There is a dish washer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, safe and of course fresh towels and bed linen are provided for.
For stays longer of than 7 nights, the apartment will be cleaned for an extra time for free.
Please note there is an additional charge of 30€ for check-ins between 21.00-00.00; 50€ for check-ins after 00.00 and 30€ for check-out before 09.00. Barcelona tourist tax, which is 2,48 € per person per night (max of 7 nights for guests of 16 years and older), needs to be paid in CASH upon arrival
You can shop till you drop, have convenient stores and other shops literally at your doorstep, making it a perfect base from where to explore Barcelona. Check out one of my favourite streets around the corner, Calle Enrique Granados. It is a pedestrian street, with loads of greenery and coffee shops, eateries, art galleries and nice shops. Come and stay at this uniquely decorated apartment with old original Barcelonian touches.
The metro station Universidad is less than 5 minutes walking. Plaza Cataluña (at the top of the famous Las Ramblas) would be less than 10 minutes walking.
So apart from having a very central locations, there is also transportation nearby to get you around the city. For example to get on to the yellow line that goes along the coast to a variety of beaches, you would only need 2 stops.

“Great location, clean and spacious place”

“Fantastic city break”
Had a fantastic 5 days in Barcelona. Apartment was perfect- we were a party of seven- a family of 6 with 4 grown up children aged 15 to 21 plus an additional adult family member. So easy to transfer to the apartment from the airport, very central apartment where it was easy to walk, metro or take the bus to any of our destinations. Apartment was beautiful,stylish and clean and spacious for the number of people.There are adjoining rooms but privacy was not compromised at all. Facilities in the apartment were great and there were local shops literally across to pick up the essentials. Barcelona is fantastic with something for everyone:churches, shops, art, football, food, beaches and such a friendly place. We will be back!
