Description
This unique apartment, very bright and sunny, is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Gracia.
Five minutes walking away from the Verdaguer metro station, very well connected to the rest of the city.
The location is very good. Within a 5 minutes walk you can reach Passeig de Gràcia. In addition, its privileged location allows to reach, by foot or by short metro ride, the main tourist areas, since it is located within walking distance of Las Ramblas, the Cathedral and the Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Familia, the most emblematic buildings Gaudí or the most representative shops in Barcelona.
The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy breakfast while sunbathing.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a small desk.
There is also a loft where there are 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities:
Toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker.
In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa and a table for up to 4 persons.
As entertainment, it has a 32-inch TV and a DVD.
The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed.
From the living room there is Access to the terrace, equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue.
The apartment, because its space, is recommended for maximum 4 people and perfect for little families or couples.
Note that young friend groups are not allowed in this apartment.
The building does not have elevator, but there are no more than 15 steps to reach the apartment.
From the apartment you can take a nice walk around the neighborhood of Gracia. A good place to wander through its streets full of charm. The district of Gracia is plenty of restaurants and bars of all kind to choose from.
Barcelona's Gracia neighborhood is located at the north of the Eixample.
Gràcia is immediately recognizable for its narrow streets, a stark contrast to the wide and modern boulevards of L'Eixample. It is known as a hip area with an active and politically-conscious community.
Here you'll find a big number of lively plazas, bars and restaurants, but it has a slightly more mature crowd than other cultural hubs like El Born or El Raval.

“Lovely apartment in a terrific location”
Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy the architecture of Spain. Walking distance to the main areas, tons of local restaurants and markets. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony for our meals.
