Description
Casa A is perfect for people who want a real Barcelona experience while enjoying some eco-luxury. yök is not a hotel, but it is not your typical rental apartment either. Think of our casa as your own private home that comes with a hotel-like service and the social fun of your local hang-out. Central, green luxury, local design, good service, fun and very Barcelona!
This casa has 2 double bedrooms with balconies, a fully equipped kitchen in the living room with more balconies and a bathroom with a good shower. For those of you who are travellers, not tourists!
All our casas have been renovated in 2014, following eco-design principles. This means we put a great effort into re-using materials and adding VOC-free, recyclable ones to the mix. We chose local products and materials whenever possible, and made sure to restore all the original modernist features such as the mosaic floors and etched glass windows from around 1900. We also installed smart water and energy saving devices that will save resources without sacrificing your experience.
The casa is located on the 3rd floor. We have an elevator but please note that there is an 8-step walk-up until you get to it.
We love interactions with guests and are happy to have you hang out with us in our Rooftop office. We also offer cultural activities like guided tours by locals or social events themed around design, Barcelona and sustainability.
