Great, sunny, 3 bedroom apartment, with excellent location, right in the well-known Golden Neighborhood of Barcelona! Located right next to Passeig Lluis Companys, a wide pedestrian boulevard that serves as the entrance to Barcelona's biggest and most famous park, the Park de la Ciutadella and the Barcelona Arc de Triomf. Also, you are right next to El Borne, the most fashionable area of Barcelona, with restaurants, tapas bars, shops and more! The apartment is within walking distance to the main old city centre: Las Ramblas, Barcelona Cathedral, Boquería... With a plus! You are walking distance to the Barceloneta beach! This apartment has it all!

The apartment is fully equipped and fully furnished to accommodate all of your vacation/business needs. Big windows in the living room bring in plenty of natural light, and as per the height, you are on the 5th floor away from the movement of the street that you can also enjoy from the nice and cosy balcony. The simple beauty of the apartment's wooden floors bring in a safe and warm feeling of a comfortable home. Sunny spacious living room, nice sofa. Nice balcony with small chill out table and a pair of chairs. Located on the 5th floor of the building (with lift). 3 double bedrooms: One is a Master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two twin double bedrooms. Another private fully equipped bathroom. A kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Heating and air conditioning. Elevator in the building.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
