Description

The apartment has been recently renovated and decorated in November 2019 and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay in Barcelona perfect. It is ideal for families or groups, as it has 4 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a recently renovated kitchen and a large, very spacious and bright living room. The kitchen is open to the living room to share with your family or friends. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, hob, smoke extractor, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, in addition to all the kitchen utensils you will need during your stay. The apartment is checked periodically, so that everything is in perfect condition and you find everything well. In case you need anything, you just have to tell us and we will take it with you. As the apartment is very central, you will find all kinds of services nearby: Supermarket, bars and restaurants, leisure areas or for shopping. In addition, the metro is next to the apartment, a two-minute walk (Rocafort stop on line 1), and very close to Sants station. We have also prepared a guide that we will send you by email, in which the best places to visit in Barcelona appear in addition to a series of tips to make your visit to Barcelona unforgettable. Parking is provided within 5 minutes walking with agreed prices of € 12 / day or € 60 / week. The accommodation is in a residential area and it is absolutely forbidden to hold parties and disturb the neighbors. To avoid this, the apartment has a noise measuring device, so if it exceeds 50 dB the intervention of a concierge whose cost will be borne by the guest (€ 150) will be necessary. Extra Charges: - According to local legislation, a TOURIST FEE must be paid during check-in: € 2.48 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 17 years exempt. - Late check-in and early check-out: 50 Euros for tickets after 20:00 // 70 Euros for tickets after 24:00 and departures before 08:00. To take the keys of the apartment at check-in, call us about 20 minutes before to have time to move to the apartment and receive you. We will send you an email with all the information so that you always have it at hand. PAPER PHOTOCOPIES of the identity documents (ID or Passport) of all the people staying and a copy of the reservation must be brought. If you travel with a baby / toddler we can provide a cot / high chair. Please advise before traveling so we can confirm availability.

Tout était propre et bien géré. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier tranquile e prochain a la metro. Il est juste genial! Je le recommends!
