Description

Spacious apartment of 104m2 divided into two levels and with a capacity of up to 10 people, making it ideal for groups of friends or families who want to visit the city. It is located in the Poble Sec neighborhood, near Paralel Avenue, between Plaça Espanya and the port of Barcelona and near Plaza Catalunya and the historic center. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2013 and has the most modern finishes. It has WiFi connection, air conditioning and heating.

Parallel Duplex has on the ground floor a large living room that has a sofa, puff, side table and flat screen television. It has a kitchen with fully equipped dining area with fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and with all the kitchen utensils that you will need to cook during your stay. The dining area has a large table to welcome all guests. In addition, it consists of a room with double bed in suite. On the top floor there is a large room with 4 single beds and a separate space with two double sofa beds. The apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms.

The apartment is checked periodically, especially dishes and kitchenware, so that everything is in perfect condition and nothing is missing. In case you need anything, just call and we will take it.

The situation of the apartment is ideal since it is very close to the center of Barcelona and also of Montjuïc. Near the apartment you will find everything you need such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, banks and pharmacies. You have the Paralel metro station 5 minutes from the apartment, so you can easily move around the city. It is located next to Carrer Blai, considered La Rambla del Poble Sec.

In Espai Barcelona we have prepared a guide that we will send you by email in which the best places to go near the apartment and also throughout Barcelona appear. We also give you tips to make your visit to the city as pleasant as possible.

Parking is provided 15 minutes walk with agreed prices of € 12 / day or € 60 / week.

To take the keys to the apartment for check-in, you must call about 20 minutes before the contact person moves to the building. Organize your checkin, a few days before by email.

Please, when you arrive at the building do not press the intercom, wait for the contact person outside the building without obstructing the door and allowing the movement of other people on the street.

Maintain a polite and respectful behavior at all times, especially in the apartment, in the building and on the street.

The accommodation is in a residential area and it is absolutely forbidden to hold parties and disturb the neighbors. To avoid this, the apartment has a noise measuring device, so if it exceeds 50 dB the intervention of a concierge whose cost will be borne by the guest (€ 150) will be necessary.

EXTRA CHARGES:

-Tourist fee must be paid during check-in: € 2.48 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 17 years exempt.

-Late check-in and early check-out: 50 Euros for arrivals after 20:00 // 70 Euros for arrivals after 24:00 and departures before 08:00.

-Safety deposit € 500.

PAPER PHOTOCOPIES of the identity documents (DNI or Passport) of all the people staying (they can send it by mail) and a copy of the reservation must be brought.

If you travel with a baby / toddler we can provide a cot / high chair. Please advise before traveling so that we can confirm availability and price.
