Description

This penthouse is on 9th floor with mountain and city views.

It have three rooms, two bathrooms, accommodates 8 people, equipped kitchen, terrace and wifi.

The flat is good linked with Barcelona there are direct buses to center of Barcelona, beach and airport, metro and train, around the flat there are pedestrian parks and supermarkets very near also a shopping center 10 minutes walk.

There is a fee of 45 € for cleaning the apartment in cash to enter in the apartment.

In Catalunya apply the "Taxa turística" € 0,90 X person X day (maximum 7 days) that is settled on leaving the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
