For lovers of the mountain, architect villa located in the beautiful valley of the Ubaye at 10 minutes from Barcelonnette and 15 minutes from the ski resorts (PRA LOUP, LE SAUZE). Large living kitchen 60 m2 opening on suspended terrace. In garden apartment, 4 rooms which 2 with shower to Italian, all rooms opening onto a terrace with deck-chairs, a bathroom and 3 WC separated. Beautiful view on the mountains and pastures, screw in screws. You can enjoy the calm and silence for you rest or go hiking (GR 56) at the bottom of the House and make the bike and many other sports activities offered by the Ubaye Valley. It is a holiday home which sees many friends and which is also very well suitable for children who can live in freedom and in peace.

“Spring mountain escape”
We spent a wonderful week in the chalet - 2 adults and two kids (12 & 13). Breathtaking mountain views from every window. The owner was contactable throughout via email and phone to answer questions. We cycled and hiked, visited the adventure park and enjoyed local markets and produce. The chalet is the second home of the owner and could do with being less personalised to suit the self catering market. That said, our holiday in the Ubaye Valley was thoroughly enjoyable.

“Beautiful remote mountain retreat”
This chalet was perfect for our requirements it had beautiful views. The communal living space was brilliant. Walking and cycling straight from the door. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
