Description

This two bedroom converted stable at Outfields Farm Bedford is a stunning place to stay!

The open plan kitchen/living room with is vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and brick walls create a spectacular living space. The contemporary kitchen contains everything for the perfect stay from washer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave to fridge. The large breakfast bar can easily seat four or can double up as a work space if required.

Bright and airy with its floor to ceiling glass front this is a dramatic room.Relax on sofas and enjoy all the channels offered by Freeview on the widescreen 3D led TV.

Yes we have WiFi.

The first bedroom with air con. again with its vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and brickwork is a million miles away from your standard clinical hotel room. There are two windows looking directly onto open countryside giving you spectacular views. There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space with a dressing table and contemporary dressed double bed.

The second bedroom does not have air in similar to the first in architecture offers similar levels of wardrobe and storage space and has twin beds.

Again, a very modern feel to the room blended with the stunning features.The wet room - The feeling is bright, modern, cosy and an ultra-clean space.This stable is well suited for disabled access.There is a ramp from the driveway to the front door. The stable is all on one level with no steps inside. The open plan wetroom without a shower tray helps access.

We have herbs and apples available to pick; Mint, rosemary, thyme, oregano,fresh rocket and apples in the orchard! Help yourself.

We also have a pod point plug in charge point for electric cars which is free

for stays of more than 5 days.

We are Wedding Caterers and have Fish & Chip vans so we are always working late when we are here. We respect people’s privacy so will not bother you as we know many people just come here for a rest. People working go to bed early and get up early so we will not be rattling on you door. When we are away resting there is always someone on site looking after the house and dogs. We have full cctv so it is very secure here. Just TEXT if you need ANYTHING.

We hope you have a comfortable stay at Outfield. We will do everything we can we just ask you do the following. if you do not you will lose your deposit.
Always; take your rubbish to the bins. Do you washing up before you leave. Use the undersheet's and sheets when using the sofa beds. Report losses or breakages.

Never; Use the towels to clean boots or pets. Allow pets on furniture or beds. Smoke in the cottage. Walk in with muddy or work boots. Take any of the glasses or crockery out.

“Wonderful hosts in lovely surroundings”

Highly recommended.....Graham and Julia were wonderful hosts, and the self catering cottage was a delight...everything we could have wanted and more, include a body drier in the bathroom!!! Wi fi worked well and the kitchen facilities were superb.....The breakfast was to die for...Graham's home made corned beef hash are a must! All of this surrounded by wonderful, idyllic countryside and so peaceful!!!! A must stay for either a short or long break or holiday.....
