Situé à 2 km du centre de Belfort au sud ouest, gite de France 3 épis, la location, F2 meublé, 55 m2, occupe le RDC d'une ancienne ferme rénovée dans le vieux Essert, petite ville avec toutes les commodités.

Rapide d'accès depuis l'autoroute A36. Voie rapide depuis Lure, Héricourt.

5 mn en voiture pour aller faire les courses aux supermarchés, 5 minutes à pied pour se retrouver dans la nature : notre gite à Essert, c’est LA VILLE À LA CAMPAGNE!

CÔTÉ RUE:

Une place de parking privative devant le gite. 

Possibilité de ranger des vélos dans le garage.

Entrée indépendante de celle du propriétaire.

Frais en été, facile à chauffer en hiver !

Le salon, spacieux, abrite le coin télé, le coin repas, le coin bureau.

La kitchenette : plaque induction, four micro ondes combiné traditionnel, réfrigérateur/compartiment congélation****, lave-linge.

La chambre, lit 140/190, ouvre sur un petit jardin privatif. Calme assuré.
