Liszt Home by KlabHouse is a modern and spacious apartment overlooking the lake located in a historic building in the heart of Bellagio.

Guests can enjoy the large sun terrace endowed with sun beds and parasols and stunning view, shared with Liszt Attic guests.

Equipped with WIFI, air conditioning and double glazing making it very quiet, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by an incomparable beauty.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area where you will find the best fashion shops, restaurants and bars in which to enjoy the typical atmosphere of the lake.

The public parking is located 200 meters from the property.

The building where Franz Liszt lived is 200 meters from the ferry terminal and public car parks and is within walking distance of Lido and Villa Melzi.

Liszt Home of 160 square meters on second floor can host up to 6 guests plus a baby and is composed of:

“Central with stunning views”

The apartment is centrally located and actually appears in a typical picture of Bellagio. It’s clean, modern and well fitted out with cotton bedding and a decent coffee machine. Three large bedrooms and three large showers/bathrooms make it the perfect place for three couples to stay. The marketing material doesn’t do it justice as there is a small balcony with incredible views from the living room, and lovely views from one of the bedrooms. There is a terrace few steps away from the apartment which is great in the morning before the sun hits it (then it gets very hot). The parasols need replacing but a great place to sit and watch the ferry’s come and go. A washing machine and dryer is suitcases in an outhouse which is a bonus. The apartment is quiet and well sound proofed from other apartments in the building. The buskers outside on the main strip can be annoying late at night, including a singer in a restaurant, but fine if you take the back bedroom. Well kitted out kitchen, but you do need to take a tea towel and oven gloves! We hired bikes from bike it Bellagio which worked really well as there was planrubof room in the apartment to store the bikes. A fabulous place to stay if you want to have day in day out views of the lake.
